3. The Listing Process:
– Once the photos are ready, we will select the best images to showcase your property. I will add all the necessary home details and craft a compelling description for your home and property.
– We may utilize the “Coming Soon” option in our Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to let potential buyers know your home is about to hit the market. Regardless we will work together to craft a strategy regarding important dates and details regarding On Market Date, Broker Open House Date and Public Open House date.
